2. Purchase or registration forms submitted through OnPay.

3. Social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

4. Third-party registration platforms, including Typeform, Google Forms and Tally.so.

5. Direct communications with PTTI personnel through authorised channels.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

We collect, use and process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. To process applications, registrations, enrolments, purchases and payments for our products, programmes and services.

2. To deliver educational materials, products and other purchased items to your designated address.

3. To provide customer support, respond to enquiries, manage complaints and improve service quality.

4. To administer educational programmes, including monitoring student attendance, academic progress, assessments and learning records.

5. To communicate important information relating to registered programmes, classes, schedules, services and purchases.

6. To send promotional materials, marketing communications and updates about PTTI’s programmes, seminars, products and services, where you have provided the necessary consent.

7. To maintain operational and administrative records and fulfil applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA) CONSENT

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and understood PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd.’s Personal Data Protection Notice.

I consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure and processing of my personal data for programme registration, educational services, customer support, payment processing and other purposes described in the Personal Data Protection Notice, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended.

I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to authorised third parties where necessary to fulfil these purposes, subject to applicable laws and data protection requirements.

Where I am providing personal data on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or am otherwise legally authorised to provide such data.

MARKETING CONSENT

I agree to receive promotional communications, programme announcements, special offers and marketing updates from PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd. through email, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or other authorised communication channels.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions established by PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd.:

1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date. I accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations or omissions in the information submitted.

2. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

All payments made for PTTI’s products, programmes and services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where otherwise expressly stated in the applicable refund policy or required by law.

Any refund request shall be reviewed and processed in accordance with PTTI’s applicable refund policy and relevant legal requirements.

3. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PTTI Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to revise, amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any amendments will be communicated through appropriate channels or published on PTTI’s official website. Changes affecting existing purchases or registrations shall be subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding with the registration or purchase, I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

All refund requests will undergo an internal review process by the Accounts, Finance, and Management departments of PTTI GROUP SDN. BHD.

The review and approval process will take up to five (5) working days from the date all required documents have been duly submitted.

If the request is approved, the refund payment will be made directly to the customer’s bank account as stated in the application form. The entire refund process will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date the cancellation notice or refund request is received, subject to approval and verification of complete supporting documents.

Each application will be assessed based on the reasons provided together with the supporting documents or evidence submitted. Approval of any refund request is subject to the consideration and discretion of the management of PTTI GROUP SDN. BHD. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on the outcome of its review.
